How do I add a printer?
Decide which printer you want to add. The most commonly used printers are:

- Go to Start/Run and enter:
\\network
- Click "Ok".
- A window with all network printers will pop up in a few seconds. Double-click on the printer you'd like to add.

From outside ASC, point your web browser to the VPN server at http://access.asc.upenn.edu (login required). Click on the Start button labeled "Network Connect" to install and run the VPN client application. Java is required. If you do not have java installed, you can download it from http://www.java.com. When you have connected successfully, you will see an icon for a yellow lock on the start menu or toolbar. You can now follow the instructions above to map a printer.
