Annenberg Ph.D. candidate Kenneth Farrall was recently interviewed by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's pan Asian radio program, "The Media Report." In the interview, which aired on August 9th, Ken discusses the similarities between state surveillance programs in the United States and China.
