Annenberg's Marwan Kraidy publishes chapter in new book on global communication

Marwan Kraidy, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Communication, authored a chapter in the new book Global Communications: Toward a Transcultural Political Economy, Lanham, MD, Rowam and Littlefield. In the chapter “Critical Transculturalism and Arab Reality Television: A Preliminary Theoretical Exploration” (pp. 189-200), Kraidy expands the new theoretical framework for global communication he initially proposed in his 2005 book, Hybridity, or the Cultural Logic of Globalization, Philadelphia: Temple University Press.
