John B. Jemmott, Ph.D., the Kenneth B. Clark Professor of Communication at the Annenberg School for Communication, and Loretta Sweet Jemmott, PhD, FAAN, RN, the van Ameringen Professor in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, and Director of the Center for Health Disparities Research at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, were profiled recently in The Philadelphia Daily News for their ongoing research into HIV/AIDS prevention work with sixth-graders in Mdantsane Township, South Africa.
