Carolyn Marvin, Ph.D., the Frances Yates Professor of Communication, and Annenberg Ph.D. candidate Christopher J. Finlay were recently interviewed on CCTV International (CCTV9), the English-language channel of the Chinese state broadcaster. The interviews were featured on the program “Dialogue,” which aired an episode on the Olympics and new developments in Beijing’s Architecture on October 7, 2007. In the interview, Professor Marvin and Christopher Finlay discussed the impact of the Olympics and Olympic-related construction and demolition projects on Beijing and its residents.
