C. Edwin Baker, the Nicholas F. Gallicchio Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a secondary faculty member at the Annenberg School for Communication, died suddenlly on December 8 in New York City.  He was 62-years-old.  Details are available at the Penn Law web site.
