Underegraduate student Brian Goldman
Originally penned as a term paper for the course, Communication in Congress, taught by Al Felzenberg, Ph.D., Annenberg adjunct faculty member; the article written by Brian Goldman entitled "The History of Congressional Legislation and the Commerce Clause, and its Application to the Constitutionality of the Healthcare Individual Mandate" has been accepted for publication in the spring quarter issue of the
Washington Undergraduate Law Review, Volume IV Issue III.
Brian Goldman is a junior at Penn majoring in Political Science and Creative Writing.
