Sarah Vaala presents at the Second International Conference on Early Childhood Education

Sarah Vaala, doctoral candidate at the Annenberg School for Communication and researcher within the Children’s Media Lab, presented research at the Second International Conference on Early Childhood Education in Arnnhem, Netherlands. In collaboration with Dr. Deborah Linebarger, the presentation focused upon the relationship between toddlers’ vocabulary size and expressive language as it relates to viewing on-air television programming and videos/DVDs.
