Co-authors Sarah Vaala and Matthew Lapierre on the paper titled “Tricking the tastebuds: The influence of spokes-characters on children's assessment of taste”, discuss new research findings on ABC News and NPR.  This research, presented last week at the American Public Health Association’s 136th Annual Meeting & Exposition, provides evidence as to the powerful effect that kid-friendly characters can have on children's assessment of consumer products.
