THE STAR-LEDGER
Summer 2003 Interns

Deadline: December 1, 2002

Paid internship for 12 weeks in news, features, sports, graphics, copy desk and photo.  Will work weekends and a car is necessary.

Wanted: undergraduates or graduate students with print internships or strong college newspaper experience.  Professionals returning to daily journalism are encouraged to apply.

All application packages must include a cover letter, resume, 10 story or copy editing clips, four references and a 500-word essay on why you want to be a print journalist.  Clips must be on 8 1/2 by 11-inch paper only; CDs preferred for graphic and photography candidates.
