II. MAJOR REQUIREMENTS

Please be sure to check each box indicating that you have met all requirements to declare a major in Communication:

I am a second semester sophomore;
I have met with my pre-major advisor to review my worksheet and make it OFFICIAL;
I have completed COMM 125 (Communication Behavior) or COMM 130 (Mass Media and Society);
I have completed or am enrolled in a total of at least 3 communication courses, including COMM 125 or COMM 130; and
I have a cumulative grade point average of at least a 2.0

Students may select courses from up to 3 different departments. No more than one introductory course is permitted among the 3 courses. Students that select the Communication & Commerce must take either an Economics or Business & Public Policy Course.
