Stop agonizing and go cheap.
Domke? Temba? $100 for a piece of canvas? What the heck is going on? Given the option of dropping a hundred bucks on a camera bag or into a lens, I'll choose the lens. I don't know why people seem to have such a terrible time finding camera bags. I got my Leica M kit bag at my local Ritz camera, it was $8.00, new. It holds TWO M bodies, in one compartment or one camera with a lens attached (fits my M3 with the MC meter and 50mm lens comfortably) and in the other compartment there's room for three lenses or one lens and a luna pro, or a can of soda. a fold out "pouch" on the front (hard to see in these pictures, it's under the buckle) will hold a notebook or business cards or other relatively flat item. A "film pocket" on the inside top is zippered mesh and holds six rolls of film (minus the cans).

I have another bag for my Leicas, which is bigger. I didn't bring it with me today so you'll have to hear about it later.
