WHAT: Do Americans understand the purpose on internet privacy policies? Do they know how websites use information about them? Do they trust government to protect their personal information? The Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania will release a provocative new report, Americans and Online Privacy: The System is Broken, that addresses these specific questions.

Following the presentation of the report’s findings, a distinguished panel will tackle a related topic: What Are the Best Roads to Enhanced Online Information Privacy for Americans?
