First Meeting: Media Activism Research Collective

The Media Activism Research Collective will meet for the first time on Monday, October 20, at noon in ASC room 224 to discuss plans for the academic school year and the future of this new interdisciplinary research group, which has formed as a joint initiative between the communication and sociology departments. Graduate students and researchers at Penn whose work is related to media, social movements, or activism, broadly defined, are welcome to join us for this planning meeting. Lunch will be served.
