Adjunct Professor Carlin Romano delivers keynote address at the the International Congress on Applied Ethics


Carlin Romano delivered an invited keynote address on "Media Ethics: The Darker Side," at the International Congress on Applied Ethics held in Ankara, Turkey on October 18. Sponsored by the Philosophy Department of Middle East Technical University and the Republic of Turkey, it brought international scholars and government officials in applied ethics together with their Turkish counterparts.

On Dec. 29, Mr. Romano will deliver an invited lecture on the late Belgian philosopher of law and rhetoric Chaim Perelman at a conference on political Hebraism at the Shalem Institute in Jerusalem.
