Jamieson Published in Social Education

Kathleen Hall Jamieson, Ph.D., the Elizabeth Ware Packard Professor of Communication and Director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center, published an article in the current edition of SocialEducation (September 2012, Volume 76, Number 4), for the National Council for the Social Studies.

Titled “Teaching Critical Thinking by Asking ‘Could Lincoln Be Elected Today?’,” the article refers to videos that can be found on FlackCheck.org designed to look like negative TV advertisements created by the 1864 presidential campaign of General George McClellan.
