A Justice Talking program, "And Justice for Some: The U.S. Battle for the International Criminal Court" has been chosen to receive the United Nations Finalist Award at the New York Festivals' 24th annual International Radio Programming and Promotion Awards. The program, taped in April 2005, was a joint project of NPR’s Justice Talking and Radio Netherlands, the Dutch International Service. Justice Talking is a collaboration of NPR and the Annenberg Public Policy Center. The award recognizes radio programming which best exemplifies the aims and ideals of the United Nations. Presentation ceremonies were held Thursday, October 12, in New York City. Justice Talking is produced by the Annenberg Public Policy Center. The program is distributed nationally by NPR and also heard on NPR Worldwide, Armed Forces Radio Network, Sirius Satellite Radio, and InTouch Networks.
