Stefanie Gratale’s research interests include health communication, persuasion and message effects. In her work, she would like to examine how mass and social media can influence public attitudes, interpersonal dialogue and, ultimately, health behaviors. Prior to her studies at Annenberg, Stefanie worked in government for several years, focusing on sustainability, efficiency and evaluation initiatives. She holds a Masters of Public Administration (2008) from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (2006) from The College of New Jersey.
