Lyndsey Beutin, Ph.D.
Beutin's research interests include race and representation, violence, memory and the media, visual culture, digital humanities, and the public debate around reparations for slavery. Prior to attending Annenberg, she worked as an educator and fundraiser at the Brooklyn Museum and Weeksville Heritage Center, as a community organizer for immigrant and queer liberation, and as a documentary and fine art curator in New York City. She received her bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Duke University.
