Booking Space at Annenberg

This page contains instructions for booking event space at the Annenberg School for Communication.

If you are not a member of the Annenberg School Community, and would like to request use of our space, please complete our event space request form. Please note that the school is not available on weekends for non-Annenberg events, or during University closures or holidays.

If you are a member of the Annenberg School Community – faculty, student, or staff – please select your event type below and follow the instructions. Note that regularly scheduled classes and exams cannot be moved for special events.

  • To book space for a class-related activity, please email Alison Feather.
  • If you need space for a conference or symposium that takes place over multiple days, or in multiple rooms over a single day, please complete the event space request form, which will ask for your specific event information.
  • If your event requires audio/visual setup, furniture rearrangement, or special staffing, please submit an event space request form.
  • For meetings or other straightforward space needs, please complete and submit a request using the room request system. You will need to log in with your Janus credentials.
