Blake Kammerdiener
Blake Kammerdiener works at SXSW as the Sr. Manager, Film & TV, XR Programming. He leads the programming efforts for the SXSW immersive exhibition, the XR Experience, and XR programming in the Conference. He also programs for the SXSW Film & TV Festival and conference tracks.
Dr. Jocelyn Landeau
Dr. Jocelyn Landau is a seasoned research leader at the intersection of technology, media and communications, with over 20 years of experience guiding business strategy, inspiring product innovations, and identifying uncharted user growth and engagement opportunities through data-driven insights. Jocelyn is currently the Head of Global UXR for WhatsApp Business & Monetization and previously held Product UX leadership roles at Netflix, Yelp, and Google. She also co-leads the Research Leaders Forum of the UXR Guild. Jocelyn holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees from the Annenberg School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Elad Meshulam
Elad Meshulam is Section Chief at the International Monetary Fund and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University. He leads the IMF Creative Lab, an interdisciplinary design and innovation group that modernizes policymaking and engagement through human-centered approaches. Elad has led hundreds of global initiatives focused on data products, FinTech, GovTech, strategic foresight, and behavioral insights.
Vincent Touati-Tomas
Vincent Touati-Tomas is a marketing advisor specializing in asset management and category-defining businesses. With over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, he most recently led marketing operations for five years at Northzone, a global VC firm. Vincent has advised 200+ companies on marketing strategy and communications and is the founder of Expression Capitale, a marketing advisory firm.
Chioma Woko
Chioma is a senior user researcher at Instagram whose career sits at the intersection of public health and technology. She's passionate about leveraging technological innovation to improve the health and wellbeing of marginalized communities. Chioma also serves on an expert panel at Mathematica where she provides ad hoc technical assistance on health policy projects addressing health equity, media, and technology. She received her PhD from UPenn's Annenberg School for Communication.
