Christine Huang studies political communication and U.S. public opinion. She is particularly interested in the interplay of ideology and the media environment in the formation of public opinion around foreign countries.

Christine Huang is a joint doctoral student at the Annenberg School for Communication and Department of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research seeks to understand how personal characteristics like ideology interact with the media environment to shape public opinion around foreign countries and issues related to international affairs. Prior to attending the University of Pennsylvania, she worked as a research associate at Pew Research Center, where she facilitated international probability surveys and studied international public opinion on a variety of issues.
